No Nonsense Tutoring Rolls Out Nationwide Homeschool Support for K-12 Students

Oct 13, 2026

No Nonsense Tutoring is extending its curriculum-aligned tutoring service to homeschool families across Australia from the start of Term 4, 2026, covering Foundation through Year 12.

Sydney, Australia, October 13, 2026 -- No Nonsense Tutoring will extend its remote tutoring service to homeschool families across Australia from 13 October 2026 for Term 4, offering curriculum-aligned support for students from Foundation through to Year 12.

The program delivers one-on-one sessions in English, mathematics, science and HSIE, with additional preparation available for senior qualifications including the HSC and VCE. The homeschool tutoring programme uses learning materials aligned with the Australian curriculum, including state variations. Tutors have access to textbooks and educational content to support students during each session.

Sessions are conducted online, with tutors who hold current Working With Children Check clearances. The approach is built around identifying individual knowledge gaps and building independent learning skills. Tutors assess students' strengths and weaknesses in each subject and address gaps before progressing to the next topic or concept. Kira Hall, Co-owner & tutor at No Nonsense Tutoring, said: "Homeschooling gives families the flexibility to create a learning environment that suits their child. But parents don’t have to do everything alone. Our goal is to support students with personalised tutoring that builds confidence, strengthens their skills, and gives families the guidance they need throughout their homeschooling journey."

Primary English sessions cover spelling, reading, writing, grammar and punctuation, with activities tailored to each student's needs. Primary tutoring also covers mathematics and science topics taught in Australian schools. Secondary support covers Years 7 to 10 and accommodates students of all ability levels, while senior students can receive personalised assistance with state-specific curricula. Tutors undergo one-on-one interviews and extensive reference checks. The tutoring team includes subject-qualified senior high school tutors who provide assistance with ATAR-level subjects. Families can select a single subject or arrange support across multiple subjects for their child's year level.

The expansion extends the company's existing K-12 online tutoring services to support both current and prospective homeschooling students across Australia.
